Description

This Service Coordinator role connects our caregiving workforce with our senior clients.  Please attach resume for review.
 
  • Oversee scheduling for all clients
  • Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
  • Field new client inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable manner   
  • Coordinate Care Professional's schedules on a daily basis to ensure compatibility and satisfaction for both clients and Care Professionals
  • Monitor, mediate, and log both client and Care Professional activity and follow up on Care Professional assignments and client service
  • Enter and maintain accurate client and Care Pro records
